Macrame Plant Hanger Workshop

What to expect: Macramé is a time-honoured earth-friendly craft of knots typing that is extremely decorative, therapeutic and functional.  It is a great skill to have as it requires very little tools, which can be made into a variety of products. It is also one of the most natural and eco-friendly activities. In this 2-hour workshop, you'll be working towards the completion of a macramé plant hanger by using for your garden or living space. You'll learn at least 6 decorative knots to create a basic blocks of patterns for you to design your own patterns. The materials will range from a various thickness of jute, cotton, hemp, colored nylon and polyester fibers. You'll also get to learn how to make tassels from scratch to enliven the plant hangers.  


What you'll bring home: A 1.5-2m macramé made with natural jute, cotton or hemp twine, with tassels.
